Turning the water on is easy — just three steps. (To shut it off at the end of your stay, reverse them.)
Step 1 — Outside the back door
At the bottom of the inside staircase, head out the back door. Slide the stone slab over to reveal the valve pit, then turn the blue handle so it lines up with the pipe. That’s on.
Step 2 — Laundry room
Plug in the green pump in the laundry room, then open the 2 white valves by turning them in line with the pipes.
Step 3 — Lockbox room (outside)
Finally, go into the lockbox room outside and plug in the instant hot water heater.
